The actual Flamevil's Hand chain starts with Hulu Smokepipe in Sicklands, moves to Kik Night in Saharis, crafts the interim Molten Maul, then upgrades it through Naz, Ignavarr, Shadowbars, and the Obsidian Hammer salvage step.
Quest start: Hulu Smokepipe. Find them in Sicklands at (162, 13). The chain begins in Sicklands, then hands you off to Kik Night in Saharis at 87, 18.
Before you begin Elf Icewine is sold by Yota, the Reputation Vendor in Saharis at 77, 22. The quest gives you the interim Molten Maul before the true mythic completion steps begin. Task TM120208 itself requires killing Naz for the horn vessel before the Firelord Essence turn-in.
