Class Stat Priorities

Evidence-based starting priorities for every playable class and role, without pretending static data provides live simulation weights.

8 playable classes8 refine attributesTalent-backed guidance

This page gives defensible first-pass priorities from the current class descriptions, talent effects, client stat labels, and available refine attributes. The server owns final combat formulas, encounter defenses, and caps, so the APK cannot honestly produce exact universal stat weights.

Class-by-class starting priorities

Warrior · Primary STR / STA

Weapon DPS

STR → Haste → Crit → Versatility

Protect tank

STA + Armor → Versatility → Block/Parry/Dodge

Weapon skill upgrades consistently grant Haste. Protect skills grant HP/Versatility, while its talents directly trigger from Block, Parry, and Dodge. Maintain Hit/Expertise only as required.

Safe starting priority—not a simulated BiS weight
Mage · Primary INT / STA

Fire

INT → Crit → Haste/Versatility

Frost

INT → Versatility → Crit/Haste

Every Fire spec skill grants Crit. Every Frost skill grants HP/Versatility; Frost still has Shatter-style Crit synergy. Maintain Hit only until attacks are reliable.

Priest · Primary INT / STA

Holy healer

INT → Crit → Haste/Versatility

Shadow DPS

INT → Haste → Crit/Versatility

Holy skills all grant Crit and Lightweaver lets healing Crit. Shadow has direct Haste scaling: Tormented Spirits adds damage equal to 100% of Haste percentage.

Rogue · Primary AGI / STA

Outlaw

AGI → Haste → Crit → Versatility

Assassin

AGI → Crit → Haste → Versatility

Every Outlaw skill grants Haste; every Assassin skill grants Crit. Maintain Hit/Expertise only as required for the encounter.

Safe starting priority—not a simulated BiS weight
Hunter · Primary AGI / STA

Beast

AGI → Haste ≈ Crit → Versatility

Marksman

AGI → Crit → Haste → Versatility

Beast skills grant Haste but pet-Crit talents also drive speed and resets, so the data does not prove a strict winner. Every Marksman skill grants Crit.

Safe starting priority—not a simulated BiS weight
Paladin · Primary STR / STA

Protect tank

STA + Armor → Block/Parry/Versatility

Holy healer

STR → Haste → Crit → Versatility

Paladin healing scales from ATK, and its capstone scales ATK from STR. Holy skill upgrades grant Haste more often than Crit; Protect talents raise Block and Parry.

Safe starting priority—not a simulated BiS weight
Shaman · Primary INT / STA

Enhance

INT → Crit → Haste → Versatility

Elemental

INT → Haste ≈ Crit → Versatility

Every Enhance skill grants Crit. Every Elemental skill grants Haste, but Elemental talents also include several Crit procs, so Haste and Crit remain close.

Safe starting priority—not a simulated BiS weight
Druid · Primary STR / STA

Cheetah / Bear

Cheetah: STR → Crit → Haste; Bear: STA/Armor → Dodge/Parry/Versatility

Balance / healing

STR→SP conversion → Haste; DPS adds Crit, healing adds Versatility

Druid capstones explicitly convert 20% of STR into SP, resolving the unusual STR label. Balance skills mostly grant Haste; Feral Crit drives bleeds and resets.

Verified stat behavior

Default Crit: 150% damage1% Versatility: +1% damage, +0.5% reductionBlock: 35% physical reductionParry: 45% reductionArmor mitigation caps at 50%

Haste improves attack/cast speed, cooldown timing, energy regeneration, and DoT/HoT intervals. Dodge avoids an attack entirely. STA localization conflicts between two current records, so the page does not publish one universal HP-per-point conversion.

What each secondary stat is for

StatPractical useDo not overvalue when…
HitReduces failed offensive attacks/spells.You are healing only, or the sheet/encounter already shows reliable hits.
ExpertiseHelps physical melee attacks avoid defensive responses. You are a caster or ranged Hunter.
CriticalBurst damage/healing; heavily referenced by many class talents.Your role needs reliability or survival first.
HasteFaster actions/casts and smoother rotations.Resource use becomes unsustainable or the talent kit is Crit-driven.
VersatilityGeneral-purpose throughput and defense.A specialized stat directly enables your role.
Block / Parry / DodgeTank survival. Block requires a compatible shield setup. You are not actively tanking.
ResiliencePvP durability.Your current focus is PvE damage/healing.

Refine stones by stat

These names are awkward in the current English tables. The second material column is the newer Enchant-version stone used by newer Adventure gear.

How to tune instead of guessing

  1. Equip the highest appropriate primary-stat gear and record your role sheet.
  2. Test a repeatable boss or training target. If attacks miss or are avoided, improve Hit/Expertise before stacking throughput.
  3. Change one refine stat at a time. Compare clear time, survival, healing stability, and resource behavior.
  4. For PvP, move Resilience up aggressively; the PvE priorities above are not PvP weights.
