How the modes actually work
- Normal: solo-only according to the client rule text. Entry itself is free; opening boss chests can use dungeon tickets.
- Heroic: create or join a team through the Gathering/Meeting Stone. The client expects a dungeon ticket and supports auto-match.
- Raid: both character level and gear level are checked. Up to five players can bring their own or friends’ roles; brought roles do not receive loot.
- Realm / Great Mystery: separate level-60 variants linked to Heroic dungeon records. Do not assume a Realm clear satisfies a quest that names a specific raid boss.
